This outfit consist of a dark blue jacket, a ruffled blouse that gives ellegence to the entire outfit since back and white is contrasting colors. The sleeves on the blouse gives an added accent. You can wear the jacket with any contrasting color blouse to give a full accent.
As you can see the accent on this outfit is the Scarf. A black pair of pants with a bright colored jacket can give a contrast. Shorter the jacket the taller you can look.
The scarf was small and all you have to do is add a one knot tie to make the outfit elegant.
